About the Artist

Based in Philadelphia, I am receiving my BFA in Metals/Jewelry/Cad-cam with a STEM concentration at Tyler School of Art and Architecture. My exploration into the material of metal began here, where I found discovering the art of metal felt like mining to my core.

A reverence was sparked as I felt compelled to continue making. I erupted a sensitivity to the material, and found myself enjoying many hand fabrication techniques such as chasing and repousse, forging, enameling, and stone setting.

I've found my work seeks to express the ways in which I see the world,  informed by seeking understanding of the interconnectedness of nature. The materiality's evolution throughout processes exalts the natural qualities of metal, which is a creative unfolding that for me as a maker takes the mundane and elevates it.
